A Little Bit About Me
I am a software engineer currently residing in the United States. My family comes from Bangladesh, although my lineage traces its origins from surrounding regions like Iran and Afghanistan. My parents immigrated here when I was very small, and so I was raised in the West.

I obtained my bachelor's degree here in Computer Science and went into the field of software engineering, and I have been working there ever since.

I did not have the privilege of an upbringing where I was instilled with God-consciousness. My Islamic knowledge is rather lacking. However, through the influence of many dear friends over the years, I consider myself someone with strong Islamic values. I pray 5 times a day and I have never drank, smoked, or had a girlfriend.

Work often keeps me occupied, but I try to make time for various hobbies and passions. I like to build software in my own time, as I consider it a craft in its own right. I love to write as well, and I aspire to complete at least one book someday.

Physical fitness is also important to me and I exercise regularly to avoid a sedentary lifestyle.

I do not use social media as I find it to be abhorrent.
